Replace Them All

You only have to sit here for a few minutes before someone comes up with the brilliant idea of getting somebody else to do your job, somebody cheaper, less complex, and so on.

I say, Why not replace everyone with some trained monkeys? Sure, it would cost a lot to train them. But that's an initial outlay that would more than redeem itself a few years down the line.
